Daliah Ziper (*1986, Frankfurt / Germany) is a documentary film artist, publisher and mother of two children. She received her M.A. degree in “Narrative Environments“ from renowned Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London and completed her art studies in “Narrative Film“ at the University of the Arts Berlin. In her mostly site-specific works, she is investigating societal, political and environmental realities. Through funds, stipends and artist residencies she was able to produce, exhibit and publish in various countries, collaborating with institutions and individuals on a long-term basis. Her films have been screened at film festivals, museums and galleries – amongst others at the Ruhrtriennale (DE), FEST New Films Fesival (PT) / nominated for Best Short Experimental, Deluge Contemporary Art Gallery (CA), 1Shanthiroad Gallery (IN), Hanoi Doclab (VIE), Contemporary Art Ruhr Fair Essen (DE) and Deutsche Film Museum (DE). Daliah Ziper’s film practice was portrayed in the biennial WomenCineMakers Magazine (2018).
